Clair Rowland, sixth-year coach.
Rowland has coached FaR Out for one year at the local level, two years at the regional level, and three years at the national level. He has also served as an assistant coach at Lakewood High School, where he has taken home one State Championship and multiple top-ten finishes. In Rowland’s 25 years at Lakewood, he worked with the setters and helped develop 7 all-state honorees.
