This camp will provide athletes with an opportunity to create a well-rounded player profile. It is important for athletes to understand each position and each piece of the game, therefore each athlete in this camp will improve their skills for each position! Camp will work on passing, serving, setting, attacking, defense, and blocking.

A camp focused primarily on serving where the skill is broken down to each component in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness from behind the line! Camp will break down the skill of serving and dial in on the specifics of becoming an effective and consistent server.

The first touch controls the outcome of each match, so we want to provide a camp that focuses specifically on ball control and aggressive serving. These are some of the most important skills a volleyball player can have, and coaches across every level and age are looking for athletes who can handle the ball with their first contact. Every position should look to improve their ball control—this is not just a camp for defensive-only players!

Preparing for your middle school season or looking to gain more reps in a fast-paced learning environment where all the necessary skills (serving, passing, setting, attacking) are covered in detail? Then look no further and join us for any of our middle school camps. You do not need to sign up for them in order, nor do you need to attend one in order to attend another.

• August 11th-12th: 10:30-12:30 pm

Defense is all about mindset combined with technique. At this camp, we will teach you the ins and outs of defensive techniques, as well as the mindset our defensive players need to have! This camp will include lots of drilling and station work so athletes can perfect their craft!

• July 16th-17th: 8:30-10:30 am

Setters and attackers will combine in this camp to make the session more game-like for both positions. Each position will get a chance to work on their individual craft and will eventually combine in drill work to improve timing and connections!

• July 16th-17th: 11:00-1:00 pm

A fun camp where the skills of the game are taught at the beginning level to help our youngest athletes learn to love the game! Each day will have some sort of gameplay involved to help the athletes understand why they are learning the skills they are being taught!

Our position camps focus on the specific skills needed for each of the positions on the court! Feel free to attend multiple sessions, as everyone can improve their 1st contact skills as well as their overhand control!

Looking to make one of your high school teams and be more prepared for tryouts? Our high school camp covers all skills coaches are looking for in their athletes at tryouts and we will make sure you gain lots of reps in a fast paced environment. Some competition will also be included throughout the camp.
